/&gt;250 غرام دقيق ابيض.&lt;br /&gt;250غرام سميد رقيق.&lt;br /&gt;ملح.&lt;br /&gt;قليل من خميرة العجين.&lt;br /&gt;2 ملاعق حليب.&lt;br /&gt;250 ملل من الماء الدافئ.&lt;br /&gt;الطريقة&lt;br /&gt;في اناء خلطي الد قيق  السميد الحليب الخميرة و اضيفي الماء شيئا فشيئا حتى الحصول على عجينة لينة.&lt;br /&gt;اتركي العجين يرتاح لمدة 5 دقائق.&lt;br /&gt;اصنعي بواسطة العجين 3 كويرات.&lt;br /&gt;بسطي كل كويرة بالطول.&lt;br /&gt;ضعي كل قطعة من ال عجين ال مبسط  في الة المعجنات كما  في الصورة.&lt;br /&gt;اتركي خيوط ال عجين تسقط وسط الانا&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ingrédients:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;* 250g de farine&lt;br /&gt;* 250g de semoule fine&lt;br /&gt;* sel&lt;br /&gt;* levure "un peu"&lt;br /&gt;* 2 cas du lait&lt;br /&gt;* 250ml d'eau&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Préparation:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;* Ds un bol الفانيلا&lt;br /&gt;نصف كيس من خميرة الحلوى&lt;br /&gt;مربى المشمش&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;الطريقة&lt;br /&gt;سخني الفرن على 180 درجة&lt;br /&gt;خلطي جيدا الزبدة اللينة مع السكر اضيفي صفار البيض و الفانيلا و خميرة الحلوى مع التخليط الجيد&lt;br /&gt;اضيفي الدقيق شيئا فشيئا حتى الحصول على عجينة لينة&lt;br /&gt;تعمل من العجين كويرات بحجم المشمشة تطلى ببياض البيض و تفند في اللوز مهرمش&lt;br /&gt;نضع كل كويرة فوق صينية القرن و نضغط عليها بواسطة الاصبع&lt;br /&gt;تطهى في القرن لمدة 15 دقيقة&lt;br /&gt;وسط المدة المخصصة لالطهي نضغط مرة تانية على كل كويرة&lt;br /&gt;التزيين&lt;br /&gt;بواسطة ملعقة صغيرة املئي وسط كل حلوى بمربى المشمش&lt;br /&gt;بالصحة و العافية&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingrédients :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 175 g de beurre&lt;br /&gt;- 65 g de sucre&lt;br /&gt;- 250 g de farine&lt;br /&gt;- 7 oeufs (les jaunes pour la pâte et les blancs pour la déco)&lt;br /&gt;- 125 g d'amandes concassées avec la piel&lt;br /&gt;- 1 paquet de vanille&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 paquet de levure&lt;br /&gt;- confiture d'abricot&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Préparation :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Préchauffez le four à 180°&lt;br /&gt;Mélangez le beurre ramolli avec le sucre semoule, rajoutez les jaunes d'oeufs, la vanille, la levure chimique puis en mélangeant rajoutez petit à petit la farine jusqu'à obtenir une pâte.&lt;br /&gt;Faites des petites boulettes. Trempez dans le blanc d'oeuf puis dans les amandes concassées.
